Image Entry

Although the form may show more spaces, each artist may enter only one image.

Don't worry if you see other images.  They won't affect your entry.

Your digital image should be saved as a .jpg that is 1500 pixels or less on the longest side or no larger than 2 Mb. 

* Because your image will not be attached to your registration form, the filename needs to be your last name followed by your first name, example:  SmithNancy.jpg *

1. Click the UPLOAD button at the bottom of these instructions.

2. A small window will open where you click one of the CHOOSE FILE boxes.

3. This will open your computer's list of files so you can select your image.

4. When you have your Image Name in the box next to the CHOOSE FILE BOX, click the UPLOAD IMAGE box at the bottom of the Upload Photos Window. 

5. Wait for your image to upload. You should see it on this page but will not be able to access it again. NWS will check your image and notify you if there is any problem with the digital quality.

6. Close this window (browser tab). The Registration window will still be open. 

7. Review and Confirm. Check that all registration information is correct, and click NEXT. 

8. Follow the Paypal Instuctions to pay your entry fee with Paypal or by credit card.
